ChargeGuard
& ChargeX Review
With limited packing space on a motorcycle, bragging rights at the
campground usually center on "packing light." We're all
looking for the three-man tent that will fit in a tankbag, a lounge
chair that can stuff in a fairing pocket, a Leatherman with 262
utensils and a battery charger the size of a pack of chewing gum.
All of the items above, save one, have something in common. They
are myths. But thanks to the guys at Kisan Technologies, the one
exception is the battery charger, called the chargeX. They have
managed to pack a smart microprocessor controlled 2.2 amp battery
charger into a case about the size of a pack of Wrigley's.

PathBlazer
& TailBlazer Review
Making yourself visible to other motorists is something we should
all accomplish as effectively as possible. Bright colors, reflective
riding gear, choosing a good lane position, and riding with your
headlight on will always add to your safety quotient.
Deciding it was time to take the next step and let technology help
raise the bar, I recently installed both a Kisan pathBlazer stoplight
deceleration warning. If you aren't familiar with these products,
they are easy to install electronic units that add to your riding
safety.

SingalMinder
Review (Innovation of the month)
Self-canceling turn signals are more than a convenience, they are
a significant safety feature, but very few motorcycles have them.
Now there's a way to add self-canceling signals to bikes without
them.

SignalMinder
Review
While checking out the new products at the Indianapolis Dealer Expo
in February, there was a little item at the Kisan Technologies booth
that caught my attention big time. It was a smart electronic module
that replaces your turn signal flasher unit. Once installed, this
little beauty offers automatic turn signal cancellation as well
as conversion on your turn signals to running lights. And at $99.95,
it was one of the few items I had to order on the spot.
Installation consists of simply unplugging the old flasher unit
and plug-in in the replacement.
